Your privacy is very important to me.

I have a few fundamental principles that I follow:

  • I don’t ask you for personal information unless I need it
  • I won’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop my products or protect our rights
  • I don’t store personal information unless required for the ongoing operation of my site/business.

Website Visitors

Like most websites, collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site and the date and time of each visitor request. My purpose in collecting non-personally-identifying information is to better understand how’s visitors use the website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Visitors submitting job proposal forms on, or via other means of contact such as email or phone, require me to gather personally-identifying information. Any such data shared with me for the purposes of job proposals or related enquiries will be collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016 guidelines. The amount and type of information gathered depends on the nature and extent of the interaction and will be used only for the purposes of contacting you about the proposed work and then developing the task or any subsequent project. For example, I will require name and contact details initially and, possibly, further information if the project is to be developed. In each case, I will collect such information only so far as is necessary and appropriate to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with me. I will not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

I am a sole trader and I will not share personally-identifying data with any third parties for business purposes without that person’s express and prior permission. Nor will I rent or sell it under any circumstances. According to GDPR, personal data may not be processed unless there is at least one lawful purpose to do so. Those lawful purposes are:  

  • if the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data
  • to fulfill contractual obligations with a data subject, or for tasks at the request of a data subject who is in the process of entering into a contract
  • to comply with a data controller’s legal obligations
  • to protect the vital interests of a data subject or another individual
  • to perform a task in the public interest or in official authority
  • for the legitimate interests of a data controller or a third party, unless these interests are overridden by interests of the data subject or her or his rights according to the Charter of Fundamental Rights (especially in the case of children).


A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. The only cookies used on capture non-identifiable visitor data for the purpose of analytics so that site content and user experience can be improved.
